清支原汤加阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效观察

CURATIVE EFFECT OBSERVATION OF QINGZHIYUANTANG PLUS AZITHROMYCINE ON MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIA

目的观察中药清支原汤加西药阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效，探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的优点。方法2004年1月-2007年6月我院收治的56例临床确诊的支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组，治疗组28例采用中药清支原汤加西药阿奇霉素治疗，对照组28例，单纯用西药阿奇霉素治疗。结果治疗组28例中治愈26例，占92．86％，好转1例，占3．57％，无效1例，占3．57％，总有效率96．43％；对照组28例中治愈18例，占64．29％，好转2例，占7．14％，无效8例，占28．57％，总有效率71．43％。两组总有效率比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论中药清支原汤加西药阿奇霉素合用治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床症状消失快，疗效显著，是治疗小儿支原体肺炎的较好方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combining qingzhiyuantang and Azithromyeine on Myeoplasma pneumonia. Methods 56children with Myeoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 28 ） and control group （n = 28 ）. Treatment group was treated with qingzhiyuantang and Azithromycine and the eonntrol group was treated with Azithro- myeine only. Result The total effective rate was 96.43% and 71.43% in treatment and control group respecfively（p 〈0.05）. The clinical dticacy of the treatment group was higher obviously than that of control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine qingzhiyuantang can increase the clinical therapeutic effects of Azithromyeine in treating myeoplasma pneumonia in children, and has few side effects. This method is worth spreading.
