摘要
对Pleurotus nebrodensis子实体多糖酶法提取工艺条件中酶用量、酶解温度、酶解时间、pH值4因子的最优化组合问题进行了研究,建立了具有良好预测性能的Pleurotus nebrodensis子实体多糖提取条件模型,并对工艺条件的最优组合及双因素效应进行分析。结果表明,当酶用量为3.06%、酶解温度44.9℃、酶解时间3.8 h、pH值6.7时,多糖得率最高可达12.37%。
The influence of enzyme dosage , enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time and pH on the extracted rate of the Fruiting Body Polysaccharide of Pleurotus nebrodensis was studied in the article, A quadric regression model of polysaeeharides extraction rote about enzyme dosage , enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time and pH was established. The model was significantly fit well and the optimum combination was obtained, Their double factors interaction were discussed.The results showed that when the extraction parameters were controlled at enzyme dosage 3.05%, enzymolysis temperature 44.9 ℃,enzymolysis time 3.8 h and pH 6.7,the polysaccharides yield could be up to 12.37% .It was proved that the enzymatic method was better than classic method in Mycelium Polysaccharide extraction.
