干旱胁迫对楸树嫁接苗部分生理生化指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以金丝楸、豫楸1号、灰楸和梓树4种砧木与豫楸1号接穗的嫁接苗为材料通过盆栽干旱胁迫,以正常浇水处理为对照,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫对这4种砧木楸树嫁接苗部分生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:保护酶SOD活性先上升后下降,活性表现明显的是金丝楸嫁接苗;MDA的积累都有明显增加,金丝楸嫁接苗积累最少,梓树嫁接苗和灰楸嫁接苗增加较多;脂膜透性都有不同程度的上升,其中梓树嫁接苗和灰楸嫁接苗上升较快,金丝楸嫁接苗积累较少;可溶性蛋白的含量都有不同程度的上升,其中金丝楸嫁接苗积累较多。经过对几项生理指标的综合方差分析认为,金丝楸嫁接苗相对于其他三个品种具有较强的抗旱能力。 The bungeic A. Mey was grafted in four stocks including Catalpa ovata Don, Calpa fargesii Bur and others. And the experiment in the drought stress to four types of grafted nursery plants was conducted in potted condition, the physiological and biochemical effect such as the activity of SOD, lipid membrane permeability, the reaction of the peroxide accumulation and cell osmoregulation substance was analyzed. The results showed that:the activity of protective enzyme SOD was increased after the first drop, which was evidently showed in bungeic A. Mey. The accumulation of MDA was increased significantly and the largest accumulated amount was in grafted nursery plants with Catalpa ovata Don. The lipid membrane permeability had various increasing degrees and the grafted nursery plant with Catalpa ovata Don and Calpafargesii Bur expressed faster increasing degree of lipid membrane permeability and less in bungeic A. Mey. The soluble protein content was in varying degree, and more appeared in bungeic A. Mey. After the comprehensive analysis of variance of several physiological indices, it was thought that the grafted nursery plant with bungeic A. Mey had strong resistance to drought.
