不同遮阴条件下大豆生育后期保护酶活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究不同遮阴条件下大豆生育后期的保护酶活性。[方法]采用双因素随机区组设计,测定并比较不同遮阴条件下不同熟期的大豆品种生育后期的MDA含量和SOD、POD活性。[结果]不同熟期的大豆品种的SOD酶活性在整个生育期内先升高后下降,再升高又下降,呈双峰曲线变化,POD活性和MDA含量在整个生育期内变化基本一致,呈缓慢上升趋势。基因型不同的大豆产生保护酶的能力有所不同,即晚熟品种>中熟品种>早熟品种。[结论]在植株生长发育后期,植物体内产生大量的活性自由基,作为应激反应,植株体内产生大量SODP、OD;而SOD和POD对细胞的保护作用随胁迫时间的延长而逐渐降低,最后没有能力对抗逆境。 [ Objective] The research was to study the protective enzyme activities in late growth period of soybean under different shading conditions. [Method] With double factors randomized block design, the content of MDA, and the activities of SOD and POD of different soybean varieties with different maturing dates in late growth period were determined and compared. [ Result ] The SOD activity of different soybean varieties with different maturing dates in whole growing period changed in double-peak curve of rising first and then falling, and rising and falling again. The POD activity and the MDA content had the basic same change, and showed a slowly rising tendency in whole growing period. The soybean with different genotypes had the unlike ability of producing protective enzyme, i,e, late variety 〉 medium variety 〉 early variety. [ Conclusion] Plenty of living radical was produced in plant at late growth period and lot of SOD and POD were also produced as stress response. The protective effect of SOD and POD on cells decreased with prolonging of stress time, and finally had no ability to resist stress.
