摘要
[目的]为推广应用葡萄套袋栽培提供依据。[方法]以葡萄品种无核白鸡心、晚红为试材,测定了不同套袋(白纸袋、蜡纸袋、黄条纹纸袋)处理的葡萄果穗重、果粒重、着色程度、病果率、可溶性固形物含量、有机酸含量、维生素C含量等。[结果]晚红、无核白鸡心套袋后均明显地增加了果穗重和果粒大小,单粒重比对照增加了0.7—2.4g(除无核白鸡心套用白纸袋外),病果率明显低于对照。无核白鸡心葡萄以蜡纸袋的效果最好,增加了维生素C的含量,可溶性固形物的含量也显著高于对照。晚红以白纸袋和黄条纹袋比较好,降低了有机酸的含量,增加了维生素C的含量。[结论]葡萄套袋后可以提高品质和商品性。
[Objective] The study was to provide a base for the popularization and application of bagging cultivation. [Method] With the grape varieties centennial seedless and Red globe as tested materials, the weight of per fruit and fruit grain, coloring degree, diseased fruit rate, the content of solubility solid,organic acid and vitamin C etc.of grape in different bagging treatments (virgin paper bag,wax paper bag and yellow-stripe paper bag) were determined. [ Result ] After bagging, the weight of fruit and size of fruit grain of centennial seedless and Red globe were increased obviously, the weight of per grain was increased by 0.7 - 2.4 g than that of CK(except of centennial seedless bagged with virgin paper bag) and the rate of diseased fruits was obviously lower than that of CK. The effect of centennial seedless bagged with wax paper bag was best, which increased the content of vitamin C and made the content of solubility solid significantly higher than that of CK. Red globe bagged with virgin paper bag and yellow-stripa paper bag had a better effect,which decreased the content of organic acid and increased the content of vitamin C. [Conclusion] Grape bagging could improve its appearance and commodity quality.
