不同产地泥炭对进口盆栽红掌幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Peat in Different Areas on Growth of the Seedlings of Imported Pot Anthurium andraeanum

[目的]筛选适宜红掌生长发育的基质。[方法]以德国进口泥炭、广东高要泥炭和内蒙乌审旗泥炭为试材,种植"大哥大"、"亚利桑娜"、"粉冠军"3个红掌盆栽品种,在种植0和180 d分别测量每株鲜重、叶片数量、植株高度、叶绿素含量等特性。[结果]种植180 d后,"大哥大"、"亚利桑娜"、"粉冠军"3个红掌品种的植株鲜重增长量、鲜重增长率、叶片数量以内蒙泥炭最大,高要泥炭最差。"大哥大"和"亚利桑娜"的高度在内蒙泥炭中增加最多,分别为2.64和4.22 cm;在高要泥炭中增加最少,分别为2.30和2.19 cm。"粉冠军"在进口泥炭中高度增加最多,为2.77 cm,在内蒙泥炭中增加最少,为1.96 cm。3个红掌品种的叶绿素含量在不同泥炭中都表现为:内蒙泥炭>进口泥炭>高要泥炭。[结论]内蒙泥炭是红掌幼苗生长的最佳基质。

[Objective] The study was to screen out the optimum substrates for the growth of Anthurium andraeanum. [Method] With the peat imported from Germany, Guangdong Gaoyao peat, Inner Mongolia Wushenqi peat tested materials, three A. andraeanum varieties （Dakota, Amzona, Pink Champion） were planted. The characters such as fresh weight per plant, the number of leaf, plant height and the content of chlorophyll were treasured at planting 0 and 180 d. [Result] The increment and growth rate of per plant fresh weight and the leaf number of three varieties were biggest in Inner Mongolia Wushenqi peat and that was lowest in Guangdong Gaoyao peat. The plant height increments of Dakota and Amzona were most （2.64 and 4.22 cm） in Inner Mongolia Wushenqi peat and that was lowest （2.30 and 2.19 cm） in Guangdong Gaoyao peat. The plant height increment of Pink Champion was largest in peat imported from Germany and that was least in Inner Mongolia Wushenqi peat. The chlorophyll content in 3 varieties of A. andraeanum in different peat all showed as Inner Mongolia Wushenqi peat 〉 Peat imported from Germany 〉 Guangdong Gaoyao peat. [ Conclusion] Inner Mongolia Wushenqi peat was the best substrate for the growth of A. andraeanum plantlets.
