不同剂量球虫卵囊对京海黄鸡抗性指标的影响

Study on the Effects of Different Doses of Coccidia Oocysts on the Resistance Index of Jinghai Yellow Chicken

[目的]为京海黄鸡的抗病育种奠定基础。[方法]通过对京海黄鸡接种不同剂量的柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵母细胞，观察接种鸡的病变特征，研究不同剂量球虫对京海黄鸡的体增重、血浆NO2^-＋NO3^-浓度和β-胡萝卜紊浓度等抗性指标的影响。[结果]接种后1～3d各组鸡症状无显著差异。第5～7天有血便排出，第7天多数停止出血，第8天开始康复。接种后0～6d体增重、接种前血浆NO2^-＋NO3^-浓度和β-胡萝卜素浓度在3组间均无显著差异，而接种后6～9d均有显著差异。接种后6～9d与0～9d的体增重和血浆中β－胡萝卜素浓度均随接种剂量的增加而减少，而血浆中NO2^-＋NO3^-的浓度随着接种剂量的增加而增加。[结论]这3个指标可作为京海黄鸡抗病性的研究指标。

[ Objective] Tne aim of the researeh was to lay the foundation for the disease - resistance breeding of Jinghai Yellow Chicken. [ Method] Jinghai Yellow Chicken were inoculated with different doses of Eimeria tenella oocytes to observe the pathological changes of the inoculated chicken. Tne effects of different doses of coccidium on the resistance indices of Jirlghai Yellow Chicken including body weight gain, the concn, of plasma NO2^-＋NO3^-, β-carotene concn, of Jinghai Yellow Chicken were studied. [ Result] Tne symptom of chicken in each group had no significant difference in the 1^st - 3^nd after inoculation.The bloody stool was discharged in the 5^th - 7^th d, most of bleeding stopped on the 7^th d and chicken began to recover on the 8^th d. Tne body weight gain in the 0 - 6^th d after inoculation and the concn, of NO2^-＋NO3^-, β- carotene before inoculation had no significant difference among 3 groups, while those indices in the 6^th - 9^th d after inoculation all had the significant difference. Tne body weight gain and the conen, of plasma β- carotene in the 6^th - 9^th d and in the 0 - 9^th after inoculation were decreased with the increasing of inoculation dose, while the concn, of NO2^-＋NO3^- in plasma was increased with the increasing of inoculation dose. [Conclusion] Tnese three indices could be taken as the research index for the disease resistance of Jinghai Yellow Chicken.
