摘要
[目的]研究大沙鼠的防治技术和对策,保护人工梭梭林不受大沙鼠危害。[方法]以0.5%大卫(溴敌隆母液)、克鼠星1号、磷化锌、鼢鼠灵、C型肉毒素为供试药剂,在民勤县人工梭梭林内对大沙鼠进行化学防治试验,采用堵洞法调查药剂的防治效果。[结果]0.5%大卫和磷化锌的防治效果较好,校正灭洞率分别为88.24%和83.39%;克鼠星1号和C型肉毒素的校正灭洞率分别为78.75%和71.24%;鼢鼠灵的防治效果最差,校正灭洞率为9.67%。0.5%大卫与克鼠星1号、C型肉毒素存在显著差异(P<0.05),磷化锌与C型肉毒素存在显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]0.5%大卫、磷化锌和C型肉毒素对民勤县人工梭梭林大沙鼠均有很好的防治效果。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the control technologies and countermeasures for protecting artifical forest of Halaxylon ammodendron from the harm of Rhombomys opimus. [Method] With 0.5% David (the mother liquid of bromadiolone ), Keshuxing 1 ,Zinc phosphide, Fengshuling and botulinum type C as tested medicaments, the chemical control test was made to R. opimus in the artificial forest of H. ammodendron in Minqin county. The control effects of medicaments were investigated by using the method of stopping up holes. [Result] The control effects of 0.5% David and Zinc phosphide were better, with the corrected killing rate of 88.24% and 83.39% resp. The corrected killing rate of Keshuxing 1 and Botulinum type C were 78.75% and 71.24%, resp. The control effect of Fengshuling was worst and its corrected killing rate was 9.67%. 0.5% David had the significant difference with Keshuxing 1 and Botulinum type C ( P 〈 0.05). And Zinc phosphide had the significant difference with Botulinum type C ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] 0.5% David, Zinc phosphide and Botulinum type C all had better control effects on R. opimus in the artificial forest of H. ammodendron in Minqin county.
