海南省西南地区开源节流策略研究

The Strategy for Water Sources Enlarging and Economizing in Southwest of Hainan province

分析海南省西南地区水资源分布的特点和开发利用的现状,探讨目前存在的客水资源丰富、水利工程不足形成的工程性缺水和水源单一问题,并提出了水资源开源节流的战略对策。

The distribution characteristic of water resources in southwest areas of Hainan province and its status of exploitation and utilization were analyzed, the questions of abundance guest water, the engineering short of water and the＇single types of water resource caused by short of water conservancy were discussed, then a strategic countermeasure for economizing water sources in southwest of Hainan province was proposed.
