摘要
对某企业的合成氨装置重大危险源进行识别,采用火球事故危害模型和中毒事件的连续泄漏事故模型,并用《化学事故危害评估与应急救援系统》软件对合成氨装置重大危险源气化炉和液氨储罐进行了后果分析与评价,得出了相应的重大危险源危害范围评价结果和装置危害示意图,最后提出了相应的安全对策措施及建议。
In this article, significant dangerous source are recognized for synthetic ammonia equipment in a enterprise. The harm model of fireball accident and poison divulge the accident model continuously has been used to carry on the consequence analysis and the appraisal to significant dangerous source of the synthetic ammonia equipment by the software of" Harm Appraisal And Emergency recovery System with Chemistry Accident". The corresponding harm scope of significant dangerous source and harm schematic drawing of the equipment has be obtained. Finally the corresponding security countermeasure and the suggestion was proposed.
