摘要
针对在汶川地震四川现场了解到的常见食品卫生问题,包括外援食品、饮用水源、食品误食、缺乏加工条件、误食药品等提出了相应的对策和建议,如开展综合评估、加强外援食品监管、做好饮水消毒和垃圾处理、加强集中供餐的卫生监督、加强食品卫生知识宣传等。
The common problems of food hygiene on Sichuan site in Wenchuan earthquake disaster included foreign aid food, drinking water sauce, mistaken food, insufficient processing condition, mistaken drug, and so on. Aiming at such problems, the countermeasures and suggestion, such as developing comprehensive assessment, strengthen on supervision of foreign aid food, disinfection of drinking water, waste treatment, strengthen on hygiene supervision of centralized supply meal and propaganda of food hygiene knowledge, were put forward.
