摘要
目的分析鉴定目的菌的特性,为进口葡萄酒的监管提供依据。方法采用固液结合方法,经多次增菌、分离培养。结果从一批菌落总数超标的法国进口葡萄酒中分离出一株尿放线杆菌。结论质检系统在日常工作中要注意对进口的重点产品进行严格监控,以防有害致病菌对消费者的健康造成危害。
Objective To analyze and identify the properties of aim bacteria, and to provide evident basis for supervising imported red wine, Method A method combined solid and liquid was used, The samples were enriched several times, isolated and cultured, Results Actinobacillus ureae was isolated from imported red wine which aerobic bacterial count exceed standard of nutritional agar. Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the supervision of main imported foods to ensure the food safety and protect the health of consumers,
