摘要
介绍了目前国外食品安全的最新概念,即不仅是食品的质的安全也包含食品的量的安全,同时还有使用者安心使用的安全。同时分析了食品安全与食品卫生、食品质量、食品安心的关系,并简要概述了确保食品安全的措施。
This text introduced that food safety has been developed to food security. And food security included not only the safety of food quality and quantity, but also safety of food consumption. Further, the relationship among the food security and food quality, food hygiene and food reassurance was also described. At last, the measures of food security were briefly introduced.
