摘要
文章报道了甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒(MbNPV)和苏云金杆菌菌株2(0 Bt20)混用对甘蓝夜蛾2龄幼虫的毒力测定。研究结果表明,Bt20菌株对MbNPV具有增效作用,用浓度为5×106、1×107芽孢.mL-1的Bt20与MbNPV混用,能显著提高MbNPV的杀虫效果和杀虫速度,研究结果表明,Bt20与MbNPV复配生物制剂的开发提供了试验依据。
The virulence test of the mixture mixed Mamestra brassicae with Bacillus thuringiensis strain 20 (Bt20) to the larvae of Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus (MbNPV) was reported in this paper. The result showed that Bt20 was synergistic to MbNPV. When MbNPV was mixed with Bt20 which spore concentration was 5×10^6·mL^-1 and 1×10^7·mL^-1, respectively, the control effect of the mixture was much better than single MbNPV to larvae of the 2nd instar, and the lethal time to the larvae was reduced. These results give experimental evidence to the development of the compound biological insecticide combined MbNPV with Bt20.
