摘要
文章主要介绍了机器视觉技术在稻米外观品质(爆腰、垩白、留胚率和颜色)检测,以及稻米的碾磨精度、破损率、异形米和直链淀粉检测中的应用。针对现阶段机器视觉技术在稻米检测中的不足,对其进一步的应用提出展望。
The paper introduced the application of machine vision technology to detect the rice appearance qualities in terms of fissure, chalkiness, plumule ratio and color, and the rice milling quality, including degree, damage ratio and off-type, amylose. The new application prospects were developed to modify the disadvantage of machine vision technology in the detection of rice quality.
