索赔已成为施工企业减少和转移风险,获取利润的重要手段,不善于索赔的施工企业不可能获得理想的经济效益。通过对我国施工企业索赔产生的原因分析和探讨,提出在施工企业索赔工作中应注意的问题,从而提高索赔成功率,保证企业合理利润。

Claim has become an important method of construction enterprise＇ s risk decreasing, transmitting and their profits gaining. It is impossible for a construction enterprise which is not good at claims to gain an ideal economic results. Based on the analysis and discussion of reasons for the construction enterprise claims in our cotmtry, this article puts forwards some problems to which should be paid attention, so as to increase the suecesful rate of claims and guarantee the reasonable profits of the enterprise.
