全球化进程中我国法学教育的思考

The Thought on the Education of Jurisprudence in Our Country in the Process of Globalization

世界经济一体化使人类进入全球化新时代,从而引发了法律的全球化趋势。法律的全球化必然要求法学教育步入全球化的轨道,这就要求每个法律人都必须反思我国现行的法学教育,改变教育观念,完善创新型高层次法律人才的培养机制。适应国家发展和国际化进程要求,培养具备处理国际法律事务能力和国际竞争力的法律人才,应成为21世纪法学教育的目标。

The integration of the world economies clearly indicates that humanity has entered a new era of globalization, which results in legal globalization as well. Then, the legal globalization inevitably requests that the education of jurisprudence steps in the globalization, which demands each legal person to reflect upon the present education of jurisprudence in our country, to change educational concept, to implement quality education and to perfect the mechanism in which high-level creative talents of law are nurtured. During the course of adapting to the country＇s development and internationalization, the goal of the education of jurisprudence in the 21st century should be meeting the need and cultivating the talents of law who are able to deal with the world legal affairs and posses international competitive power.
