军校“2+2”组训方式现状分析及其管理教育模式研究

摘要 随着新军事变革的不断深化,军队院校教育逐步向培养具有全面素质的新型军事人才发展。本文就现行的"2+2"组训方式展开讨论,就现阶段"2+2"学员的培养方向、专业设置、管理模式等进行分析,并结合实际情况提出一些管理思路和方法。 As the reform deepens in the military area, the education in military academies is tending to cultivating the newtype military officers with all-round quality step by step. This article focuses on the present training model of "2 + 2", discusses the current state of the cadets under this system, analyze the direction of their training, specialty offerings and managing model. It also puts forward some training methods and thought according to actual situation.
