摘要
采用Sol-Gel法,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机组分前驱物,以含端羟基的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为有机组分,合成出了块状的PDMS/SiO2杂化材料。考察了TEOS与PDMS的质量比对杂化材料的硬度、动态力学性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着PDMS/SiO2杂化材料中无机组分含量的增加,其硬度增大,玻璃化转变温度升高,储能模量增大,阻尼因子下降;XPS分析表明:有机组分与无机组分之间存在化学键连接。
Blocks of PDMS/SiO2 hybrid materials were synthesized via Sol-Gel process,with PDMS as organic component and TEOS as inorganic component precursor.The impact of mass ratio of TEOS and PDMS on the hardness,dynamic mechanic performance and microscopic structure of the hybrid materials were studied.The results indicated that when inorganic components of PDMS/SiO2 hybrid materials increased,the hardness,the glass transition temperature and the storage modulus increased too,and the damping factors decreased.XPS analysis showed that there were chemical bond between organic content and inorganic content.
