兼具高散热性和长期信赖性的散热用硅橡胶双面胶带

摘要
日本信越化学工业株式会社最近开发并开始销售兼具高散热性和长期信赖性的散热用硅橡胶双面胶带“TC-20SAS”。该产品除了0．7W／m·K的高导热性和粘接性外，可在-40～＋150℃的宽温度范围内使用，并且具有优良的长期稳定性。在耐热性和电气绝缘性等方面也性能优良。此外，在粘接操作性及再操作性上也性能卓越。
