摘要 目的探讨脑脊液及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)对Creutzfeldt-Jakob病(CJD)的诊断意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法定量检测脑脊液及血清NSE蛋白含量。检测了36例患者,其中CJD组14例、其他痴呆组(OD)10例,非痴呆组(ND)12例。结果CJD组与OD组、ND组相比,其脑脊液及血清含量明显增高。其灵敏度分别为78.6%、73.3%,特异度分别为77.3%、72.7%。结论NSE检测可以用于CJD早期诊断,但血清NSE与CSF中NSE相比对于诊断sCJD的敏感性及特异性均下降。 [Objective] To inquire the diagnosis value of neuron-specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid and serum in the early stage sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. [Methods] We analysised cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum samples of 36 patients by ELISA. 14 of them are CJD, 10 of them are other dementia diseases(OD), the others are non dementia diseases(ND). [Results] Compared CJD with OD and ND, it is significantly higher than two con- trol groups. Sensitivity for diagnosis of CJD is 78.6%, 73.3% in CSF and serum respectively, specificity is 77.3%, 72.7% respectively. [Conclutions] increased NSE can support the diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. But the sensitivity and specificity of NSE in the strum is lower than its in the cerebrospinal fluid.
