脑卒中后抑郁临床分析(附97例报告)

Analysis on clinical factors about post-stroke depression in 97 patients

目的研究脑卒中后抑郁的发生率和相关因素。方法采用汗密尔顿抑郁量表判定抑郁,对243例脑卒中患者年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、病变性质、病灶数目及发病部位等各项资料进行调查。结果97例患者发生脑卒中后抑郁发生率为39.9%,与性别、病变性质和病灶数目无关,而与年龄、文化程度、单身及离异和病变部位有关。结论脑卒中后抑郁的发生率较高,脑卒中后抑郁的发生可能是神经生物学因素和社会心理学因素共同作用的结果。

[Objective] To explore incidence and the related factors of post-stroke depression （PSD）. [Method] 243 patients with stroke were evaluated by Hamilton depression rating scale （I-IAMD） and age, gender, degree of culture, marriage, number of lesion, lesion location and kind of lesion were invested. [Results] The incidence of depression in patients with stroke was 39.9% （97/243）. Among them 51（52.6%） were mild, 29 （29.9%） moderate and 17（17.5%） grave. Statistical analysis showed that important related factors of post-stroke depression in age, degree of culture, marriage and lesion location but not in gender, number of lesion and kind of lesion on the occurrence of PSD. [Conclusion] The incidence of post-stroke depression is higher and Post-stroke depression may be caused by both neurobiological and psychosocial factors.
