摘要
利用动态热机械分析仪(DMA 242C)对江都利达化工生产的水泥改性专用羧基丁苯乳液和上海高桥巴斯夫分散体有限公司生产的 STYROFAN SD 623S 乳液聚合物在增强水泥砂浆阻尼性能的试验研究。研究结果表明:两者均能增强砂浆的阻尼性能,前者对阻尼性能的影响较后者高30%,但材料储存模量只有后者的1/3左右。
Two polymer emulsions were used as modifiers for cement mortars, one was produced by Jiangdu Lida Chemical Combination Industry Co. Ltd and the other was produced by Shanghai Gaoqiao-BASF Dispersions Co. Ltd, properties of damping with different addition of each emulsion were determined by Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer（ DMA 242C）. Results of test and analysis showed, the Damping Properties of the cement mortar can be increased with two polymer emulsions, the former was 30% higher than the latter in damping, but was near to 1/3 of the latter in storage modulus.
