The enterprise information is known as a concept to describe the basic level information activities of enterprises and the Competitive Intelligence is a foreign word introduced into China by information circles In this paper,the interrelation of the two concepts is discussed from different quarters,acquisition and analysis of information on competitors and competitive environment are stressed for the existing enterprise information system
