摘要 目的:总结肿瘤中肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶Pin1的研究进展。方法:以Pin1和肿瘤为关键词,检索1979-01~2008-01PubMed和中国医学文献数据库的文献。纳入标准:1)关于Pin1在肿瘤信号通路中的调节作用的研究;2)关于Pin1促进肿瘤发生发展的研究。资料初选后,根据纳入标准,本文共综述了32篇英文文献和1篇中文文献。结果:肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶Pin1能特异性地识别磷酸化的丝/苏-脯氨酰基序,调控磷酸化蛋白的功能。肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶Pin1在细胞信号通路的调节和肿瘤发生发展方面的有重要作用。结论:Pin1在肿瘤的发生和发展中扮演重要角色,这为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了新的视野,但还需要进一步的研究。 OBJECTIVE: To review the recent advances in research of peptidyl prolyl cis trans isomerase Pin1 in tumor, METHODS: Searched on CBM disc and PubMed by the keyword"Pin1 and tumor" to get the article about Pin1 in tumor research during 1979-01-2008-01. The included criteria: 1) about Pin1 regulation in tumor signaling; 2) about Pin1 on tumorigenesis. After primary selection by the included criteria, 32 papers in English and a paper in Chinese were summarized. RESULTS: Peptidyl prolyl cistrans isomerase Pin1 specifically binds the motif of phosphorylation of Ser/Thr-Pro and regulates the function of phosphorylated proteins. Pin1 is related with the occurrence of tumour and the regulation cell signaling. CONCLUSION: Pin1 plays a critical role in tumorgenesis and sheds a new light in tumor diagnosis and therapy and more studies are needed.
