金属硫蛋白及其在心血管系统疾病发生中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 金属硫蛋白(MT)是一类富含半胱氨酸的低分子量非酶蛋白,具有重金属解毒、调节微量元素代谢、清除自由基抗氧化等多种生物学功能。MT可作为高效的内源性细胞保护剂,对多种心血管系统疾病具有重要的保护作用。简要综述了MT的理化性质及生物学特性,MT在心肌缺血再灌损伤、心力衰竭、阿霉素诱发的心脏毒性、高血压及动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病发病过程中的作用及其可能的机制。 Metallotionein(MT) is a low-molecular-weight and cystine-rich protein which has been showed to be critically involved in detoxification of heavy metals,regulating metabolism of trace elements,scavenging free radicals and so on.Recently MT has been implied to protect cardiovascular system under various pathologic conditions.The characteristics and cardio-protective effects of MT against cardiac ischemia/reperfusion,heart failure,DOX-induced cardiotoxicology,hypertension and atherosclerosis were reviewed in this paper.
