小鼠生殖细胞体外分化与发育机制

摘要 小鼠作为发育机制的模式动物,其生殖细胞分化与发育的研究一直是发育生物学研究的重点之一。主要综述了小鼠原始生殖细胞的起源、迁移与增殖的机制,以及原始生殖细胞向生殖细胞的分化,卵母细胞与精子的发生与发育机理,讨论了胚胎干细胞向生殖细胞体外诱导分化以及生殖细胞体外培养的应用前景。 The research of mouse fetal germ cells is an important part of the developmental biology.In this paper,the progression of mouse primordial germ cells,the differentiation from primordial germ cells to oocyte and spermatozoa,the mechanism of oogenesis and spermatogenesis,and the advance of the mouse embryonic stem cells differentiate into germ cells in vitro were reviewed.Molecular regulation processes of oogenesis and spermatogenesis provide a clue to mechanism of germ cells differentiated from primordial germ cells or embryonic stem cells.
