In this paper,the present situation of foreign consultation service in China is studied The author holds that the situation at home and abroad is very favorable to developing Chinese foreign consultation service Facing the serious challenge of foreign consulting industry,it is very important for China to cultivate qualified personnel and build up strict examination and management system in order to improve Chinese consultation service and take an active part in international competition
