脑囊虫病有效药物治疗:吡喹酮

Effective medical treatment of cerebral cysticercosis:Praziquantel

目的:研究脑囊虫病的临床特点及有效的治疗措施。方法:对495例脑囊虫病患者进行回顾性研究,总结其临床特征,实验室检查数据,影像学指标及治疗方法。结果:495例脑囊虫病患者中59.2%为男性,40.8%为女性;82.0%为农村人口,18.0%为城市人口。患者中癫痫发作340例,头痛171例。血液和脑脊液免疫检查囊虫阳性率分别为67.8%和46.9%。CT和MRI检查显示,患者中包括了四种类型脑囊虫病。其中437例给予吡喹酮治疗,41例手术治疗。23.7%患者痊愈;71.5%患者临床症状明显改善。结论:脑囊虫病流行趋势农村高于城市,癫痫发作和颅压升高为主要临床症状。绝大多数患者应用吡喹酮有效。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features and treatment of cerebral cysticercosis.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made in 495 cases with cerebral cysticercosis to summarize their clinical features,laboratory parameters,imaging data and therapeutic methods.Results：Among the 495 cases investigated,59.2% were male and 40.8% were female;82.0% lived in the country and 18.0% lived in the city.The most common symptoms were seizures（340 cases） and headache（171 cases）.The positive rates of immunological tests in blood and cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） were 67.8% and 46.9% respectively.CT scan and MRI showed four types of cerebral cysticercosis.By taking praziquantel of 437 cases or surgical treatment of 41 cases,23.7% cases were cured and 71.5% improved.Conclusion：Cerebral cysticercosis is more prevalent in the country than in the city.The seizure and increased intracranial pressure are two main clinical manifestion.The treatment of praziquantel is effective for most patients with cerebral cysticercosis.
