高血压性脑出血术后大面积脑梗塞分析

The Multifactorial Analysis and Countermeasure of Large Area Brain Infarct After Operation of Senile Hypertensive Brain Hemorrhage

目的:探讨老年高血压性脑出血术后大面积脑梗塞原因及预防措施。方法:收集1999～2006年间40例老年高血压脑出血术后大面积脑梗塞的临床资料,作回顾性分析。结果:40例术后大面积脑梗塞平均68.5岁。疗效评定:出院时按患者机能状态Karnofsky记分指标。(1)基本痊愈:80分以上9例;(2)显著进步:60～70分13例;(3)进步:60分以下13例;④死亡:5例。结论:大面积脑梗塞是高血压脑出血术后一种严重并发症,由一种或多种因素相互作用所致。处理不当,可影响手术疗效,甚至危及生命。

Objective：To explore the causes and their countermeasure of large area brain infarct after operation of hypertensive brain hemorrhage in senile patients.Methods：The data of 40 senile patients with large area brain infarct after operation of hypertensive brain hemorrhage,who were hospitalized in our department from 1999 to 2006,were studied retrospectively.Results：The av-erage age of these senile patients was 68.5 yrs.The curative effects were judged by patients＇Kar-nofsky scores before discharging.In all patients,complete recovery（over 80 scores） was found in 9 cases,obvious recovery（from 60 to 70 scores） was in 13,mild recovery（less than 60 scores） was in 13 and 5 died.Conclusion：Large area brain infarct was a severe complication of hyperten-sive brain hemorrhage after operation,which could be caused by one or multiplicate reasons.The prognosis was poor if the patients did not receive proper treatments.
