Objective:The model of experimental autoimmune gray matter disease(EAGMD) was established in order to study the mechanism of the injury of the motoneurons by observing the aggradation of IgG on neuromuscular junctions(NMJ) and in motoneurons. Methods:EAGMD was established by guinea pigs be inoculated with the homogenite of bovine spinal, then the changes in clinic and pathology were observed. Results:In clinic, the weakness and atrophy of the muscles at EAGMD animals were found, the number of motor neurons in lumbar at EAGMD group was less; The ratio of IgG on Neuromuscular junctions at EAGMD was more than that at contral group(P〈0.01),moreover,the correlation was found between the ratios of IgG on neuromuscular junctions and the developmental degree of the disaese at EAGMD,r=0.61.Conclusion:The injury of motoneuron at EAGMD animals may come from IgG by NMJ.
