屈光矫治方式对近视眼单眼调节幅度的影响及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨屈光矫治方式对近视眼单眼调节幅度的影响及其临床意义。方法近视眼患者213例,根据日常屈光矫治情况分为框架眼镜组(58例),角膜接触镜组(49例),屈光手术组(74例),未矫正组(32例)。另有正视组55例。采用近点尺测定各组单眼调节幅度。结果近视眼单眼调节幅度在未矫正组、框架眼镜组、角膜接触镜组、屈光手术组和正视组各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。未矫正组单眼调节幅度低于正视组、框架眼镜组、角膜接触镜组和屈光手术组(P<0.01);角膜接触镜组和屈光手术组单眼调节幅度与正视组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论日常近视矫治方式对近视眼患者的单眼调节幅度存在影响。屈光矫治有利于维持近视眼患者的正常单眼调节幅度。 Objective To investigate the influence of the types of correction for myopia on the amplitude of monocular aeeommodation and clinical applications. Methods Two hundred thirteen myopes were divided into 4 groups according to the type of correction:spectaele group (Gg group, 58 cases), contact lens group (Go group, 49 eases), LASIK group (GL group, 74 cases), non-corrected group (GO group. 32 cases). Fifty-five emmetropes were also recruited as a control group (N group). The amplitude of monocular accommodation was measured at near puint. Results There was a statistically signifieant difference in the amplitude of monocular ac-commodation among the G0. Gg. Ge. GL and N groups (P〈0.01). The amplitude of monocular accommodation of the G0 group was lower than that for the Gg, Ge. GL and N groups (P〈0.01). The amplitude of monocular accommodation of the Gg group was lower than that for the Ge, GL arid N groups (P〈0.01). There was no statistieally signifieant differenee when the Ge and GL groups were compared to the N group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The amplitude of monocular acconlnlodation in myopia is related to the type of correction. Correction of myopia benefits from maintaining a normal amplitude of monocular accommodation.
