烟头烫伤瘢痕的整形外科学治疗

Plastic Surgical Treatment on Scar Caused by Cigarette Butt

目的:评价和探讨不同类型烟头烫伤瘢痕的整形外科修复方法,使其更好地应用于临床。方法:回顾2000年7月～2006年12月间207例烟头烫伤瘢痕患者,根据瘢痕半径和间距将瘢痕分为点状密集型、点状均匀型和点状离散型三类,并给予不同的整形外科修复。结果:所有患者伤口均愈合良好,部分点状密集型患者因直线瘢痕挛缩二期行局部改型治疗。结论:根据烟头烫伤瘢痕的分类来选择合适的修复方法,具有一定的科学性,采用三角瓣技术来充分利用瘢痕间的正常皮肤,可以获得满意的临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate and investigate the several repair methods for scar caused by cigarette butt. Methods From July 2000 to Dec 2006, 207 patients with scar caused by cigarette butt were treated with several methods. There were incision and suture simply （method A）, incision and suture separately （method B）, and local flap respectively （method C）. The advantage and disadvantage of different methods were compared. Results All of the wounds well healed. Some of the patients with method A and B received remodel with local flap in second stage. The patients repaired with method C had gotten a satisfied appearance and function. Conclusion The repair methods should be choosed according to the characteristic of the scar caused by cigarette butt. The method with local triangle flap using local normal tissue showed satisfied clinical effect, and worth generalization.
