牙周病伴牙列缺损的马里兰桥修复疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对牙周病伴牙列缺损马里兰桥修复后的疗效观察。方法:2000~2003年175例牙周病伴牙列缺损病例,采用马里兰桥修复,修复后进行1、2、5年随访,以马里兰桥咀嚼效能和脱落率对其远期疗效进行评估。结果:修复1年后义齿功能良好率为91%,桥体脱落率为2.27%;2年后分别为86%和3.79%;5年后为77%和5.30%。结论:牙周病伴牙列缺损的马里兰桥修复远期效果满意,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of the Maryland fixed bridge restoration in patients with tooth and periodontitis. Methods 175 cases using Maryland fixed bridge with periodontitis were followed up for 5 years.Function of fixed-bridge and bond failure rate was evaluated for the clinical effect. Results In one year,after 2 years,86% fixed dentures performed its function well and 2.27% bond failure rate, 5 years later,77% and 5.30% respectively. Conclusion Maryland fixed bridge restoration can be used for patients with dental defection and periodontitis.
