氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和抗生素糊剂对慢性根尖周炎的疗效观察

The therapeutic study of Ca(OH)_2 iodoform paste and antibiotic paste on periodontitis

目的:探讨氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂对控制慢性根尖周炎顽固性疼痛的临床治疗效果。方法:选择反复疼痛、无急性渗出的根尖周炎患者92例(125颗)。采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂65颗,抗生素糊剂60颗作治疗性根管封药。观察随访3个月～2年,评价其疗效。结果:治疗后近期、6个月及12个月疗效成功率氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂分别为76.9%、89.5%和91%,抗生素糊剂为48.3%、87%和88.9%,氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂的近期治愈率明显高于抗生素糊剂(P<0.05)。6个月后两组差异不显著。结论:对疼痛性难治性根尖周炎用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂作暂时充填,可取得较好的疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of Ca （OH）2 iodoform paste on pain control caused by chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods 125 teeth of 92 cases with repeated pain, none-acute exudation refractory periapical periodontitis were chosen, 65 were treated by Ca （OH）2 iodoform paste and the other 60 were treated by antibiotic paste for the temporary therapeutic filling. The therapeutic effects were observed for a different time span from 3 months to 2 years. Results After treatment of 6months and 12months, the curing efficiency of Ca （OH）2 iodoform paste were 89.5% and 91% respectively. While the efficiency of the antibiotic paste were 87% and 88.9%. The curing rates of the former groups were quite higher than that of the latter ones. Conclusion To use of Ca（OH）2 iodoform paste could get a better therapeutic effect on the refractory periapical periodontitis.
