摘要 目的:研究一点红挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取一点红挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法,分离分析其成分及相对含量。结果:共检出80个化合物,鉴定其中28个化合物,占挥发油总量的76.97%。结论:一点红挥发油的主要成分为Oplopenone和石竹烯氧化物。 Objective: To analyze compositions of the volatile oils in Herba Emiliae. Methods: Volatile oils of Herba Emiliae were extracted through steam distillation, and the constituents were separated and identified by using GC-MS. Resuits: 80 compounds were isolated, and 28 of them were identified which were 76.97% of total volatile oils. Conclusion: Oplopenone and Caryophyllene oxide are main compositions of the volatile oils in Herba Emiliae.
