Current State and Strategy for the Development of the Library and Information Work at Our Institute

介绍水土保持研究所图书情报室基本建设、机构改革等方面的创新做法。

The division of library and information service at our institute consists of 5 groups including books,documentary information study, duplication and information retrieval. In the aspect of basic construction,the construction of library building, the weeding of books and journals, open and semi open shelf service and information retrieval are carried out. In the aspect of organization reform, the number of personnel and speciality structure are adjusted, the rules and regulations have been improved and a system to assess proficiency has been established.
