创伤外科实习护生职业暴露及防护对策

Trauma surgical practice nursing students occupational exposure and pro-tective measures

目的:了解创伤外科实习护生职业防护现状和相关因素,对存在的问题提出相应的对策。方法:采用自行设计的调查表,对78名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果:仅有13%的学生知道标准预防的概念,11%的学生知道经血液传染的疾病有哪些,12%的学生知道正确洗手的步骤,22%的学生知道被锐器刺伤应如何处理,被医疗锐器损伤的发生率高达95%。结论:实习护生在工作中应加强自身防护意识,学校和医院要加强对护生职业防护的教育和培训,才能保证职业安全,预防院内感染。

Objective： In order to understand the trauma surgical practice nursing students occupational protection status and related factors on the existing problems,and propose appropriate countermeasures. Methods： Using a serf-designed questionnaire,the 78 practical nursing students conducted a questionnaire survey. Results： Only 13% of the students know that the concept of prevention standards, 11% of the students know that which are the blood-home diseases, 12% of the students know the proper hand-washing steps,22% of the students know how to handle the hurt by sharp weapons, the incidence rate of medical sharp injuries is as high as 95%. Conchlsion： Self-protection awareness in practice nursing students in their work should be strengthened, schools and hospitals should strengthen the education and training of vocational protection of nursing students in order to ensure occupational safety and prevent nosocomial infections.
