Methods： Draw up a plan of nursing risk management, explicit the nursing duty of risk management, strengthen nursing business quality construction, standardize the key process of nursing management, adjust the nursing work and the reletive departments＇ work, establish multi-paths nursing quality supervises and controls systems, training the consciousness and ability, keep on quality improvement. Results： The inpatient satisfaction keeps above 98%, and the nursing amiss occurrence rate descends to 0.05%. Conclusion： Carry out the valid nursing risk manages, and play the important role of reducing the safety problem and nursing dispute.
