连续性肾脏替代治疗救治危重病人疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in 56 Patients with Severe Diseases

目的观察连续性肾脏替代治疗救治危重病人的临床疗效。方法56例危重患者给予连续性静-静脉血液透析滤过方法治疗。比较治疗前后血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、生命体征及炎症介质的变化。结果56例患者均很好的耐受治疗。治疗前后血清尿素氮、血肌酐及UA均显著下降,生命体征显著改善,炎症介质TNF-α及IL-1β水平显著低于治疗前。结论连续性血液透析滤过能有效的救治危重患者,其血流动力学稳定,毒素清除率强。

Objective To observe the efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy in the treatment of severe patients. Methods 56 patients with severe diseases were treated by continuous venovenous hemodiafileration. Compared the changes before and after treatment of serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, uric acid, vital sign and mediations of inflammation. Results CVVHDF was well tolerated in all of the patients. Compared with those before treatment, BUN, Scr and UA were decreased, vital signs were improved, and the express of mediations of inflammation TNF-α and IL-1β were lower,significantly. Conclusion CVVHDF is safe and effective to severe patients for stable hemodynamics, high clearance rate of toxins.
