摘要
运用人机系统工程理论，认为情报人—机系统中的人是该系统的使用者，应包括情报工作人员和最终用户两类，主张将这两类人统称为情报用户。并对这种广义的用户情报行为形成因子进行了定性分析。
Human is a key factor in information system. Based on the man machine systems engineering theory, this paper considers human in information man machine system is user of the system, who should be composed of information workers and end users.The shaping factors of information user performance consist of seven parts: human inherent factors, system design factors,documentation factors, training factors, man machine interface factors, organizational management factors and environmental factors.
