贫困山区颈椎摄片、诊断的体会

目的减少投照体位从而减轻患者的费用负担,有病早治疗和提高工作效率。方法回顾150例颈椎病患者的颈椎正、侧及双斜位片,分析这些X线片中的关于颈椎病的X线诊断信息。结果颈椎侧位及双斜位能反映颈椎患者97%以上的X线诊断信息。结论对于贫困山区患者常规摄颈椎侧位及颈椎左、右双斜位片也能较好地反映颈椎病的诊断信息。

Conclusion Shoot the diagnosis information that the cervical vertebra side and a slices also can compare to reflect the cervical vertebra disease goodly for poor patient＇s normal regulations.
