银杏达莫治疗椎-基底动脉系供血不足31例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of the Gingko Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole in Treatment of Vertebral-basilar Artery Insufficiency

目的观察银杏达莫对椎-基底动脉系供血不足的疗效,为临床筛选治疗用药提供参考。方法将62例患者随机分成观察组(银杏达莫组)和对照组(丹参组),每组各31例。观察组用银杏达莫(注射液)20mL加入250mL生理盐水中静脉滴注;对照组用丹参(注射液)250mL静脉滴注,并进行组间比较。两组均用右旋醣酐40(注射液)500mL静脉滴注,每日一次,同时口服盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊10mg、阿司匹林(肠溶片)100mg、雷尼替丁(胶囊)0.15mg、叶酸(片)20mg,每日一次,并对治疗原发病给予治疗。总疗程14d,疗程结束后进行组间比较。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,组间比较有显著性差异(χ2=2.95,P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫对椎-基底动脉系供血不足所引起的神经功能损害有明显的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of gingko leaf extract and dipyridamole in vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency,and provide the reference for the clinical screening treatment medication. Methods 62 patients were divided into the observation group （gingko leaf extract and dipyridamole group） and the control group （salvia miltiorrhiza group）, each group was 31 cases. The observation group with the gingko leaf extract and dipyridamole injection 20mL to join the 250mL physiological saline median vein drop;The control group with the salvia mihiorrhiza injection the 250mL vein drop. Two groups used the dextran 40 injection the 500mL vein drop, daily one time, simultaneously taked orally hydrochloric acid flunarizine capsule 10mg, Aspirin （enteric-coated tablets） 100mg, Ranitidine （capsule） 0.15 mg, the folic acid （piece） 20mg,daily one time and treatd the the primary affection. The total treatment course was 14 days. Results The observation group curative effect surpassed the control group, there was significance difference between two groups （ x^ 2 = 2.95, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The gingko leaf extract and dipyridamole has the obvious treatment result on vertebral -basilar artery insufficiency.
