白血病患者血浆D-二聚体含量的测定及其临床意义

Clinical Meaning and Measure of D-dimer Content variey in the Plasma of Leukemia Sufferer

目的探讨白血病患者治疗前后血浆D-二聚体含量变化及其临床意义。方法采用金标检测血浆D-二聚体含量。结果白血病患者化疗前血浆D-二聚体含量升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),缓解后血浆D-二聚体含量比治疗前有明显降低(P<0.01),但仍高于正常水平(P<0.01)。结论白血病患者存在不同程度的血管内皮细胞损伤及凝血和纤溶系统的激活,并随病情的好转而改善,血浆D-二聚体可作为白血病患者病情进展、疗效观察及预后的指标之一。

Objective To probe into measure D-dimer content variety before and after the treatment in the plasma of leukemia sufferer and its clinical meaning. Methods The gold marked method is adopted to measure the D-dimer content in the plasma. Results The leukemia sufferer＇s content of D-dimer incerases before chemotherapy,and such increase has a significance difference with the controls（P〈 0.01 ）. After the alleviatation, the D-dimer content obviously decreases before the treatment（P〈 0.01 ）, but it still higher than the normal level（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The leukemia sufferer has endothelial cell injury ,blood coagulation,activatation of thrombin and fibrinolysis system in varying degrees which will improve with the suferer is getting heher.The plasma D-dimer could be one of the indicators to supervise the leukemia sufferer＇s development of the illness, the observation of the treatment and the cure.
