Liss治疗Schatzker's Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的相关因素探讨

The Factors Relative to the Limited Incision Stabititation System for the Complex Style Tibial Platform Fracture(Schatzker's Ⅴ、Ⅵ)

目的探讨Schatzker’sⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折用Liss治疗疗效的相关因素。方法回顾11例Schatzker’sⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折采用Liss钢板治疗疗效。结果11例均获临床愈合,经6-18个月随访,膝关节屈曲功能恢复至90度,优良率90.9%。结论Schatzker’sⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折用Liss技术治疗,严格达到关节面解剖复位,控制可能感染因素,术后早期功能锻炼,能取得较好疗效。

Objective To study on the factors relative to limit incision stabititation system for the complex style tibial platform fracture （schatzker＇sⅤ、Ⅵ）. Methods We reviewed 11 cases of complex style tibial platform fracture（schatzker＇s Ⅴ、Ⅵ）treated by limited incision stabititation system. Results The pretentage ofsuperiority was about 90.9%. Conclusion （ 1 ）the method of the operation might be according to schatzker＇s Ⅴ、Ⅵ style. （2）The articular surface might noduct on anatomical standard,strongly internol fixation,and the reduction of collapse fraction as wall. （3）control of infection. （4）Prevent redundant small fractional piece remaining in the joint space.（5）The exercise early after operation might be appropriate.
