不完全性川崎病30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 30 Cases of Incomplete Kawasaki Disease

目的分析总结不完全性川崎病的临床表现及实验室表现等临床特征,探讨此病的诊断及治疗。方法通过分析30例不完全性川崎病的临床特征,与30例典型川崎病进行比较,总结不典型川崎病的诊治方法。结果对两组病例临床实验室数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析,两者无明显差异性,有统计学意义。结论不完全性川崎病与典型川崎病具有相同实验室指标,进行相关化验检查,有助于诊断此病。

Objective Not fully analyzed the clinical manifestations of Kawasaki disease ,and laboratory ,performance,and other clinical features, explore the diagnosis and treatment of this disease, Methods By analyzing 230 eases ,of Kawasaki disease was not entirely the clinical features,typical Kawasaki disease and 30 cases for comparison,the Aggregate non-typical methods of diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease. Results Two cases of clinical laboratory data using SPSS13.0 statistical software for analysis,no significant difference between the two,a statistical significance. Conclusion Kawasaki disease and not entirely typical of Kawasaki disease with the same laboratory indicators, related to testing, inspection, contribute to the diagnosis of this disease .
