痰热清对胸部肿瘤放射治疗后肺损伤的干预作用

Effect of Tanreqing on Radioprotection of Lung in Patients with Lung Radiotherapy

目的观察痰热清配合放疗治疗胸部肿瘤对减少急性放射性肺炎的作用。方法70例胸部肿瘤行放疗患者随机分为痰热清组35例,对照组35例,痰热清组在放疗开始两周后应用痰热清至放疗结束。具体方法20mL痰热清加入到5%葡萄糖溶液250mL中静滴,正常滴速,1次/d。对照组单纯放疗。结果痰热清组急性放射性肺炎的发生率为5.7%,对照组为25.7%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论痰热清能有效预防急性放射性肺炎。

Objective To observe the effect of Tanreqing on radioprotection of lung in patients with lung radiotherapy. Methods Seventy lung irradiated patients were randomized divided into control group（35 patients） and Tanreqing group （35 patients）. Every patient in Tanreqing group was received i.v injection of Tanreqing 20ml/d in 5% GS 250ml form the day after two weeks when irradiation started to the day irradiation finished. Results In Tanreqing group,two patients had acute radiation pneumonitis（5.7%）, as compared with those in control group in which there were nine patients with acute radiation pneumonitis （25.7%）. The incidence of acute radiation pneumonitis was much lower in Tanreqing group than in control group（5.7% versus 25.7%,P= 0.022）. Conclusion Tanreqing can effectively reduce incidence of acute radiation pneumonitis.
