摘要
目的探讨重度烧伤患者营养疗法中的护理干预。方法回顾性总结和分析54例患者的肠外营养治疗和肠内营养治疗及护理干预。结果54例患者均未出现体重明显下降及营养不良,治疗中也未发生严重并发症,全部治愈。创面愈合时间为38～86d。结论54例严重烧伤患者加强了肠内、肠外综合营养支持治疗护理,取得满意效果。
Objective To investigate nutrition therapy of the severely burned patients in the nursing intervention. Methods A retrospective review of 54 cases of patients parenteral nutrition therapy and enteral nutrition therapy and nursing intervention was analysed. Results 54 patients had no obvious decline in body weight and malnutrition, nor the treatment of serious complications, all cured. Wound healing time was 38 - 86d. Conclusion 54 cases of severely burned patients to strengthen the enteral and parenteral nutritional support for comprehensive care,achieved satisfactory results
