摘要
目的探讨电子病案首页质量缺陷分析与对策。方法全面核对病历内容后对首页数据进行逐项检查,并对质量缺陷内容进行反馈和修正。结果收集我院2006年12月～2007年12月35786份电子病案首页,有4476份首页存在不同程度缺陷,缺陷项目总计6846项。病案首页缺陷率12.5%,并制定了六项主动控制对策。结论通过实践取得了较好的电子病案首页管理成效。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Electronic Medical Record Home Defect Analysis and Countermeasures. Methods After a comprehensive medical cheek on the Home itemized inspection data, and content quality defects feedback and fixes. Results collected in our hospital in December 2006 to December 2007,35786 electronic medical records Home, 4476 Home in varying degrees that defects total project 6846. Home Medical Records defect rate of 12.5% and developed a six active control measures. Conclusion has made better management of the effectiveness of Home Electronic Medical Record.
