股骨转子间骨折内固定物的选择

摘要 目的探索转子间骨折内固定物的合理应用。方法采用目前常用的内固定物Gamma钉与Richard治疗转子间骨折48例,其中Gamma钉17例,Richard钉31例,进行临床比较、力学分析。结果稳定型转子间骨折(Evan’sⅠ型,Evan’sⅡ型)Richard钉疗效好,有抗弯性,有抗旋性,又能动静力加压。非稳定型转子间骨折(Evan’sⅢ型,Evan’sⅣ型)Gamma钉疗效好,髓内固定缩短力矩,减少弯应力。结论转子间骨折内固定器械选择有倾向性。
